Essential Responsibilities:

- Support in the Control of the over time and Billing of the GE do Brazil team;
- Support in the Control the Brazilian regulation qualifications (NR) for the GE do Brazil team;
- Support in the Control FSE’s documents to guarantee that the contract requirements are attended;
- Support the administrative activities of the sector, such as, expensive report, IT issues, Hotel reservations, Global Field Service Brazil website, EHS concern reports control, EHS training control and others;
- Creation and update demands using Service Max;
Support the E-timecard upload into Field Activity Platform;

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with at least 3 years of experience in O&G activity support;

English - Advanced level;

Planning: Knowledge/experience in planning system.
